  • Craig Dawson

    FOUNDER & CEO

    As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dawson is responsible for the strategic direction of Retail Lockbox, Inc.'s operations. Headquartered in Seattle, he co-founded Retail Lockbox, Inc. in 1994 with the help of his partner, Walt Townes. Prior to founding Retail Lockbox, Inc., Craig was a Senior Sales Executive with Unisys Corporation, an international provider of computer and system solutions. As a Seattle native, Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington School of Business. He also serves on numerous boards that include the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco - Seattle Branch Board of Directors, Washington Roundtable Board of Directors, the BOLD Initiative, the University of Washington Consulting and Business Development Center, Rainier Scholars Resource Council, is a member of the Rotary of Downtown Seattle, and is the past President of Tabor 100, a non-profit organization which focuses on creating initiatives for CEOs of minority-owned businesses.

  • Walt Townes

    VICE PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

    As Vice President, Walt Townes is responsible for providing and implementing strategic leadership to achieve the company's long-term goals and initiatives. He co-founded Retail Lockbox, Inc. in 1994 along with current President and CEO, Craig Dawson. As a Seattle native, Walt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington School of Business. He has a strong background in operations management with a focus on building teams who deliver consistent quality and responsive customer service, and has successfully operated service based businesses for over 25 years. Walt is a Director of 12th Avenue Stewards, former President of ABC Scanning, and is a Founder of Vote 18.

     

  • Patrick Banasky

    CFO

    I have been in finance for my 30+ year career. I have worked for some of the largest companies such as AT&T, Starbucks, Washington Mutual, and Philips working on reporting, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, mergers, and acquisitions. One of my proudest achievements was implementing a new inventory process for Starbucks that saved money and lowered coffee waste. However, I have found the most enjoyment in my career working with smaller companies, and that is one of the reasons I joined Retail Lockbox. At Retail Lockbox, you can truly focus on the customer, whether you work in finance, technology, implementation, or production. The other reason I joined Retail Lockbox is due to its people and culture. We truly have great people that care about each other and our customers and want to see all of us grow. Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family, my dogs and playing a little golf.
